Why this exists

I’m Joe Zamora. After I updated my website and Google Business Profile so a machine could actually read them, AI recommended me as the agent. Two client calls came in. I answered. The first closed: a $345,000 townhome, $11,588 generated. The buyer needed someone local who understood renovation and short sales on a specific property that needed work.
The second call is a $1.6 million home still in motion — potential commission about $40,000, not a closed check. That was the light. I built Visibility SCORE so other owners can see whether AI names them, and Visibility DESK so they can keep the log. Survive the shift. Take the call.

Not in SCORE. Not in the first DESK month.
Ads, SMS, text-lead funnels, CRM, content calendars, or a 90-day agency bible. Those are a separate build after you have seen the screenshots. No guarantee any engine will name you.
